Child safety standards

This page is for every GabbleGames game, including Carrom Talk and Ludo Talk (CarromTalk, LudoTalk, ChessMingle, BackgammonTalk, SpadesTalk, 29Talk, CuePub, CheckersTalk, GutiTalk, MorrisTalk and the GabbleGames app), published by DreamAspect Technologies LLC, 971 US Highway 202 N Ste N, Branchburg, NJ 08876-3757, USA.

Our standard

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any of our apps. That covers child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form (photos, videos, drawings, text, names, profile pictures), grooming, sextortion, sexualised talk about or with a minor, and any attempt to arrange a meeting with a child for sexual purposes. It is banned in rooms, chats, calls, clubs, voice messages and profiles. An account that does it is removed for good, the content is deleted and kept only as evidence, and it is reported (see below). There are no warnings first.

Who plays, and how we keep teens apart

The apps are for people 13 and older, and are not designed for children. When you sign up, you say whether you are 18 or older, and if not, whether you are 13 or older. Under 13, you cannot use the apps.

Players aged 13 to 17 are kept in a space of their own:

How to report

You can report anyone and anything, and block anyone, without leaving the app:

Or write to us by email at support@dreamaspect.com. If a child is in danger now, call your local emergency number first.

You can also report child sexual abuse material directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (CyberTipline, United States), the Internet Watch Foundation (United Kingdom), or your country's hotline through INHOPE.

What we do with a report

Our contact

Child Safety Officer, DreamAspect Technologies LLC: support@dreamaspect.com

Write "Child safety" in the subject. Authorities and child-protection organisations can use the same address.

The law

We comply with the child safety laws that apply to us in the places where we operate, including the duty to report apparent child sexual abuse material to the authorities, and Google Play's and the App Store's child safety requirements. We review these standards when the apps or the law change.
